Super Administrators can now configure customized failure messages based on a student’s remaining test attempts. This feature applies specifically to TopClass tests and can be set up individually for each test throughout the LMS.
For Students with Remaining Attempts: The notification can inform them of their failure and how many attempts they have left.
Example: “You have failed this test. You have [X] attempts remaining. Please try again.”
For Students with No Remaining Attempts: The message notifies them of their failure and provides next-step guidance.
Example: “You have failed this test and have no attempts remaining. Please contact your instructor for further guidance.”
Enhanced Communication: Students receive clear, immediate feedback on their test status.
Improved User Experience: Tailored messages provide relevant information and reduce uncertainty.

Custom Time Extensions – Admins can modify time limits on a per-student basis for tests with predefined durations.

Customizable Credit Displays
Super Administrators can now configure how Credit Types and Sub-Types appear on certificates.
Choose to display Print Name, Code, or Title for Credit Types and Code or Title for Credit Sub-Types—offering more flexibility in how achievements are presented.
Enhanced Date Formatting
Override default date formats and choose from a variety of predefined options to ensure consistency with your organization’s standards.
Greater Design Flexibility
Need to display the same information in multiple formats? Now, Super Administrators can add the same variable multiple times on a certificate, each with its own unique formatting—giving you even more control over certificate design and layout.
